What is the HCS Program?

The Home and Community-based Services (HCS) Program allows providers to deliver residential and day services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Texas. How long does HCS setup take?

Most clients complete the setup process within 6–12 months when all documents are submitted promptly.
